The technician was great, but it does seem like part determination could be ascertained ahead of time by talking to the customer so we don’t have to wait until July 9 for repair.

He can discover what is going on with my fridge and also solve the problem. Even go over the warranty that should cover and not cover. Tell us which part need to buy for some of the part that the warranty is not cover.
