Dennis communicated a couple of times regarding the scheduled service time. So I was kept up to date on the timely call. Dennis was friendly, competent and quick to analyze and fix the problem.

We had a great experience! He came in and fixed our washer in no time! He was on time, friendly and was able to get the job done with no problem. He knew exactly what was wrong by just listening to the machine.
