Excellent customer service and timely

Very well informed and helpful technician. My LG washer with no agitator is unable to clean our "ranch" clothes. Would not recommend it to ANYONE

Jaime was the most honest and professional person possible. Loved his enthusiasm for his profession. Spent time explaining the repair of our refrigerator and washer and dryer.

I have an old Kenmore Dryer Ultra heavy duty electric that stopped drying clothes. I was able to get a service call scheduled for the same day that I called in the request, the service tech showed up within the time frame given by the appointment scheduler, he diagnosed the problem - failed heating unit, and had the replacement part in his truck. Service call maybe lasted 20-30 minutes. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable tech, cleaned up his work area afterwards. It was a remarkable set of events that seemed to fall into place that day. I would schedule another appliance service call with Sears.
