Our service man was on time and courteous. He was very impressed with the age of our snow thrower (15 years). He told us that they don't have parts for it anymore but he was able to take care of our situation which was removing the wheel and re inflating the tire. We were very happy because now we can remove the snow from our driveway. We're senior citizens so it's important for us to be able to get out in an emergency.

Sears was on time and had the part. They were fast and friendly. Took about 30 minutes and the fridge was fixed. Relatively small part for such a big ($600) bill. 4 stars because of the price.
