The service was great, the repair cost for 30 minutes of work stinks ($109.00). I don't have a problem with the diagnostic fee or parts cost, but $109.00 for 30 minutes is crazy, THIS WILL BE THE FIRST AND ONLY TIME SEARS WILL BE CALLED TO WORK ON MY 2 CRAFTSMAN LAWN TRACTORS.

Took a long time to get the part but service guy was great.

Sareth (my assigned technician) came well within their scheduled time frame and inspected my washer. Within minutes was able to diagnose and address the problem. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Only complaint is the price for labor/time. (with 10% discount applied) price was $216 They were only here from 8:38am - 9:10 (~30min) and tightened a bolt, and ran some diagnostics. The price should have been capped at the diagnostic price of $109 since there was no parts required for a fix and the time was minimal. No complaints with the technician, only with the pricing

Repair Person was wonderful; however, you said you would send all the parts that you would need to make repair. You send everything except the part that was needed to make the repair. This was a brand new dryer I bought and never used.

long and tedious, took three visits to solve problem. Even though there was a bulletin available, support staff did not catch it until third visit. First washer lasted more than twenty years, this model has been a problem from day one. What ever happened to the California lemon law?

Tech was great, on time, everything was professional done. Unfortunately the repair entailed repairing a water leak in a refrigerator. After the $400 repair, the leak was back the following day. I've scheduled another appointment.
