Xer, the technician, quickly diagnosed the issue we had with our 10 yr old Kenmore washer. The unit was not agitating and sensing the correct water levels. Xer had the parts on his truck and within an hour our washer was back in working order.

I had two technicians that came to repair my washing machine. The first technician identified the problem and ordered the parts necessary to fix the problem. The second technician called and notified me that they knew the parts had arrived and make an appointment to install the parts. Both of them were courteous, professional and kind. Both are to be commended for your work.
