I was desperate to get a qualified Maytag technician to come out on a Friday. I had even called Maytag about 8 a.m. that morning. MAYTAG sold me a $34.99 per month warranty on the 10 year commercial technology washing machine. Some company located in Pittsburgh, ca, named Aries, is supposed to fulfill warranty obligations. The company voicemails were full, not accepting any new messages. I googled better business Bureau keyed in Aries. Determental information on BBB website. Have to call Maytag on Monday to cancel the $34.99 per month warranty I was sold. I always remember Sears for being forthright, honest, earnest business practice and ethics. Sears value is what we need to keep America strong and a going concern. Mr. Russell didn't disappoint. He was knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and explained to me the mode the washer was stuck in. He took necessary time to diagnose, calibrate, and repair. Since I am using the washer it is incumbent for me to find a technician and to repair what is broken. Same value my husband and I instilled in their upbringing. I felt such a driving, urgent need to get the machine repaired before my son would need to use his machine when time to wash his own laundry. Sears and Mr. Russell allowed me to get a timely repair in a short span of time. I am so grateful to Sears and to Mr. Russell, without a doubt wouldn't be writing this to you on a Saturday. Keep up the good work. Best wishes to Sears and Mr. Russell for allowing me to be the responsible adult that I am supposed to be.
