My wife ( who was present at the time of visit) stated the representative seemed to be impatient with questions . He even pointed out that Sears might have promised that he had the requested parts ready and he did not have it . It wasn’t relayed to him that we requested to have the rubber lining of the washer door ( front load ) changed too . At any rate , your representative displayed a very non accommodating attitude with us . Sorry .

The guy was supposed to come out between 1pm and 5pm, didn’t show up until 7pm. He asked twice if I had the money for the diagnostic. He really didn’t do much that I did myself and did not fix anything. He told me to call the manufacturer and they would do more.

Worse technician ever. Did not fix any of the issues requested. Did not diagnose the issues, just threw expensive parts at the problem that did not fix the issues. Dropped $500+ for nothing!

This is a terrible company that only uses AI for booking or cancellation. Booking is made extremely hard as you cannot ask any questions about service. I would give this company less stars if that was possible. Do better!

Sears' technician came out and told us he could not fix our issue with electrical fireplace. Then had the nerve to charge me $65 for service fee

The first technician didnt even show up said he broke down and ordered parts . The 2nd technician came out 2 times and said that he fixed the dryer and did not didnt seem to know how to fix the problem. The the final technician was knowledgeable but still had to order parts and the dryer remained unfixed. So months have gone by waiting on parts to throw at the machine with appointments spanning two weeks or more apart with no fix.

appt was 8-12. guy finally showed up close to 3. since we already knew the washer would be replaced . . . it was unnecessary to even have the service call and Sears knew the washer model was too old. now we have to wait weeks more to get a replacement

The technician was rude when he asked a question and I tried to answer he would cut me off mid sentence and say I will do my own diagnostic. When the job was complete and I asked what was wrong with my washer he didn't have a clear answer just said it was fixed. Left the broken parts on my dryer instead of discarding it in the trash
