I had two technicians that came to repair my washing machine. The first technician identified the problem and ordered the parts necessary to fix the problem. The second technician called and notified me that they knew the parts had arrived and make an appointment to install the parts. Both of them were courteous, professional and kind. Both are to be commended for your work.

Service was quick and efficient. Found out what was wrong right away. Conrad was professional and nice. Hope he comes again to take care of our other appliances. My appliances are still on warranty.

Let us know when he was on the way. Arrived earlier than we expected. Had the correct part on hand and got it installed very quickly. Very little mess, just a bit of water and then we were back in service. Cost was a little higher than we would have liked but I guess it's just the times.

Recently my Kenmore washing machine making an extremely loud sounds, I contacted Sears Home Services for diagnostic what causes of loud noises. Keith (Technician) from Sears Home Services was very friendly, courteous, and thoroughly diagnostic what causes the problem, due to major transmission damaged causes the issue. He helpful in giving me a detail estimated parts and labor cost. Keith was above and beyond, very attentive, efficient, knowledgeable, and top-notch professional. I am highly satisfied with the exceptional standards.
