Quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty water control valve system. Washer now works better than ever and has no fill failures. Repair tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Appointment system worked perfectly. Highly recommend this service!

Charles was unable to service our microwave - due to missing model/serial #. However he was informative and got in contact with Sears and FAHW to move service to next step.

The technician Michael was excellent and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with the refrigerator quickly. However the process Sears put you through is terrible. I had to wait on the phone for over 40 minutes to report the issues with the refrigerator. I got an email from sears stating the parts would be sent to the technician. Then from UPS that they were sending the parts to the house and the three parts were coming on three different days. Then through message on my phone I had to go through their AI system and explain all over again what were the issues. All the parts did not come in time, nor were they all scheduled to come before the appointment, so I had to reschedule. When Michael arrived , he had not been told that there were parts involved to be replaced, not what the issues were. These are just the highlights. Thank the lord I had someone who knew what they were doing.
