Leroy showed up as promised. While I thought other technicians were great, Leroy went one step further and did a bit of cleaning after the repair, and shared his techniques with me. I thought I had some good techniques after using the range for 22 years — now I have a few more!

This technician really took the time to check our refrigerator and to make sure everything was working properly. The initial call was to repair the icemaker. He was here for over three hours checking everything. The other two technicians only took about 10 minutes of their time, and of course, the problem was never resolved. Hoping that whatever this technician did will get our icemaker working.
