The second appointment for installation of the dryer part never happened. They never showed up!! After several calls and waiting 6 1/2 hours, I called and was told by an automated voice that they had no technician available. They told me I'd have to reschedule for 9 days in the future! This is a horrible response. There's no actual way to speak with a live person. Don't do business with them!
