Leroy was amazing! He listened to the issues I was having and he did thorough assessment of my washer and found a big dent in the pack of the washer, which is the cause of problems I was having. I had two techs out from GE and they did not even look behind the washer. I really appreciate that Leroy took the time and found the cause of why my brand new washer was having so many problems. Thank you very much!
