He was good overall -didn’t offer up an unnecessary amount of chatter- but didn’t explain unless he was asked either. He did his job -I don’t think I saw him smile once ( maybe he had a bad day). The price to fix it was as much as a new dishwasher so I declined

Mike did not assess the problem completely. He was here for diagnostic then repair. First visit was 20 minutes and an incomplete diagnoses of why the control panel was not working. 2nd visit was less than 45 minutes and control panel was replaced . Total cost of repair was over $654. Ridiculous service /labor charge of $354.95 and I was charged before the 2nd visit when the repair was completed. Second technician Rafi on 2nd recall was honest and diagnosed the complete problem. He was very thorough and very kind. He found that mice had taken over the inner workings of the oven rendering it useless to repair. He recommended replacement of the range as repair would be too costly. Perhaps if Mike had opened the oven and done a complete diagnosis, I would have been saved from hours spent on the phone requesting further service and major frustration of being without use of my oven. Your communication system is terrible. Outsourcing is not working when there are problems. I spent a lot of money on a useless repair. I no longer have faith using Sears Home Repair. You lost my business.

My only problem is that the Ice Maker is not making ANY ICE!!! Other than that all went well. If no ice in the morning I'll be calling back!!!

Nice man, but when asked about the H2O from the defrost he said it goes into a pan. Maybe so, but it FLOODED MY KITCHEN FLOOR! And freezer NOT REPAIRED due to lack of part!

He didn't fix the problem then tried to get me to purchase a $700 piece of equipment to replace what he said was wrong. He didn't listen to what I was saying is still wrong.
