My wife ( who was present at the time of visit) stated the representative seemed to be impatient with questions . He even pointed out that Sears might have promised that he had the requested parts ready and he did not have it . It wasn’t relayed to him that we requested to have the rubber lining of the washer door ( front load ) changed too . At any rate , your representative displayed a very non accommodating attitude with us . Sorry .

The guy was supposed to come out between 1pm and 5pm, didn’t show up until 7pm. He asked twice if I had the money for the diagnostic. He really didn’t do much that I did myself and did not fix anything. He told me to call the manufacturer and they would do more.

It is not the techs fault, but he stood around on his phone for 40 mins researching the product only to tell me the part I need is no longer available and that I can maybe find it on Amazon. Get the model number from the customer up front to avoid a big waste of everyones time and money.

He did not arrive in the time frame. He did not explain much about next steps after the visit. He said "I don't know" to most of questions.

Price was a complete RIP-off. Over $500 for a $50 part and 15 minutes of work. Stay away and call a local repair shop.

Didn’t even fix my dishwasher. Reset to factory settings and told me nothing was wrong with it.

Came out the first time without a dolly to hold the oven and had to come back the next week to complete the repair. The second time he didn’t know how to disconnect the wires from the oven to the power so ge cut them requiring me ho hire sn electrician at a cost of $150. So disappointed in the expertise of the people

Waiting on my part for over a month. Supervisors won’t return my phone call. Sears tech says my part has not shipped yet. The tech repair people has ordered wrong part twice. Still waiting on correct part to be shipped to repair my microwave. Sears states they will call me to figure out why my part has not been shipped to me. No one ever calls me back It’s been since Oct since I have used my microwave. They will not put my microwave back to where it was. Now cold air is coming in through the vent. My microwave has been sitting on my table for over a month. Sears has gone down in service and repair in a timely manner and no one in customer service can’t help me I just want my microwave to work.

I live in Fairfield California. My AC compressor stopped working 2 weeks ago. The 1st appointment was scheduled for Friday, 1 week ago. We got a phone call saying he would be there in an hour and nobody showed up and no phone call saying why. When we called to find out what happened, they said the guy took longer than he expected at the house he was at. I guess Mohammed lost my phone number? The 2nd appointment was for a week later (today). No phone call at all and no show. When I called and got through the gatekeeper, and told the 2nd person the same thing I just told the gatekeeper, she took 10 minutes to find out there was no service technician in my area today. Why then did nobody tell us this?!! The lady (gatekeeper) on the phone says thank u for trusting Sears home services. I now have to wait 12 days and no, I do not trust them. Do u think I should? How can I get more specific than this?
