This has been one of the most FRUSTRATING experiences dealing with Sears repair. Our first appt. for microwave repair was cancelled and we had to wait two weeks. Now, the repairman Arturo sent a message that he was here ONE MINUTE AGO—I have spent 45 minutes trying to contact a live person to say WE ARE HOME and I get recordings, recordings, texts! Would some live Sears rep. call us!!!!!
