Roger was prompt, had an idea of why the dryer was not heating/ drying at all. He even had the part ready when he opened the panel to access and assess the source of the problem. After discovering the issue, he replaced the part and cleaned up all the lint and debris that had accumulated all over the dryer internal parts.
