Howard the technician was incredible. He replaced the compressor, condenser, and filter and added R134a. He Completed service in a timely manner called when he was on his way. left the place as clean as when he arrived. Customer service on the other hand is the worst. I had 5-6 rescheduled appointments. Some no call no show called customer service it’s ALL AI no one to express my concerns to ai couldn’t articulate why I keep getting rescheduled and when rescheduling is done it ALWAYS states rescheduled at my request. No it wasn’t no one showed up! my request was for a technician to show up in the first place not to reschedule
