Robert is a very professional service technician. He gave excellent advice on our refrigerator & instructions for what should be done. There are very few technicians who would spend the time Robert took on our situation.

Jose arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. He diagnosed and replaced the broken part and the washer works with no problems.
