I was very pleased with the diagnosis provided by Sears for my broken refrigerator. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem to me and outlined my options for repair. I am confident that Sears Appliance Repair will be able to fix my refrigerator and get it back up and running in no time. That said, I am extremely disappointed with Choice Home Warranty’s poor level of service.
