You should provide the name of the technician at some point along the confirmation process! At least this one knew that everything needs to be plugged back in. He found that the plug to the internal gas valve was not plugged back in after servicing by the previous technician.

The repairman did excellent work for the Resin-Exchange process. The information exchange with Transformco (AKA 'Sears') was horrific! I was sent weekly messages (by robot) that one part of six, an O-Ring was Backordered and preventing completion of the repair. In fact, the needed O-Rings had been shipped in one delivery. I feared that my 'down-payment', $800, was being embezzled by fraud; that the parts order was purposely stagnated. While I am relieved to have the work performed successfully, today, I do not plan to do further business with 'you-all' who operate under the name of SEARS! My displeasure is not at all based on any fault of the A&E (AKA 'SEARS') repairman, but rather on my losing trust in your brand. By receiving interminable and erroneous notifications of BACKORDERED, I thought my down-payment was LOST!
