Jim was outstanding! He arrived on time, worked efficiently, very knowledgeable, solved the problem immediately. He explained patiently and offered some great insights. He left the areas he worked in very tidy and cleaned. I would have him back in our home anytime! Thank you for explaining why our dishwasher needs powder detergent not pods!! 🙏

Jim is knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem. This GE fridge is factory defective with a very poor design. I advise everyone NOT to purchase GE refrigerator. I do recommend Assurant Warranty Service and Sears Home appliance repairs.
