The Sears Technician that came out to fix my clothes washer was simply amazing. When he didn’t have the part on his truck he took the time to find the part. Then he waited for the part to be delivered and fixed my washer. Most technicians would have said sorry and left. I haven’t had service like this in years and I am so grateful for him really taking the time to find a way to fix my clothes washer that day. Thank you!!! He is the best!!

The tech was very knowledgeable, quick and thorough. Able to quickly know the problem and had it fixed. He cleaned the area afterwards. Did a great job. I was very pleased.
