Michael was FANTASTIc!! He repaired my dryer over the Thanksgiving Holiday which was a lifesaver since I had guest with small children! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, willing to share his knowledge & educate me! I requested his ID so that I can ask for him in the future.

My tech serviced my 5 appliances. He seemed knowledgeable on them. Very personable and friendly. I was charged 249.99 while their website stated 199.99. Tech stated he couldn’t change it on his computer. Will follow up with corporate.

Service tech was on time. I was under impression from Sears email ad that he would clean ducts but he said they don’t do that. This was a “free” tune up of AC offered because I pay for extended warranty, however he told me it was $69 to clean coils! Ultimately he cleaned coils and waived fee. Gave me quotes for new ducts and systems since mine is 17 years old.

Tech was friendly but did not call or text prior to arrival which was stated in email. Did not go into the attic to check the ducts/pipes in the roof, stood on ladder and shone flashlight around. Did not check vent flow in all rooms. Mostly wanted to encourage me to purchase new system - mine is 18 years old so understandable but not needed yet.

HE WAS FOCUSD AND COMPLETED THE JOB. HE NEEDS TO ORGANIZED AND HAVE THE TOOLS HE WILL NEED. HE LEFT US TO CLEAN THE THINGS HE MOVED. HE MOVED TABLE CHAIRS AND DID NOT PUT BACK, HE USDED HIS BLANKET AND ASK FOR HOUSE HOLD TO CLEAN IT WITH A BACUUM. HE JUST HAVE TO CLEAN AFTER HIM SELF AND BE MORE AWARE.
