Called regarding an issue with the ice maker on our 10 year old Kenmore Elite French Door Refrigerator Freezer. Was easily able to schedule an appointment for it for the following day. James the repairman notified me when he was coming and his eta. He showed up on time and after speaking with him he was able to fix it in short order. He’s a nice guy, explained what the problem was, and we are pleased with his work. Thanks James
