Thomas was late for appt, but apologized profusely for that. Thomas had been here for another service call and had replaced our compressor. We found him to be knowledgeable and helpful. On this call out, following a visit by another tech just 2 weeks ago (who said nothing was wrong!!), he quickly spotted the problem and provided a repair quote. Thomas did a good job, but considering repair quote was half the cost of a new refrigerator, I told him no. This refrigerator is only 5 years old!! We'll be getting a new one from another manufacturer that will certainly last longer!!!
