The technician was polite, respectful of my home and its contents, immediately went to work after introducing himself, kept me informed of his findings regarding my dryer, and explained them in a manner that was clear, concise, direct and to the point, while answering any of my questions/concerns! Alvin, from Sears, was a great tech!! He was able to diagnose the problem with our microwave ordered the right parts and had the right equipment to pull out our microwave and oven combo. He was respectful of our house and is very knowledgeable.

Yesterday a Sears dishwasher repair person arrived to fix my dishwasher which had been overflowing. Although I had been using the appropriate dishwashing soap, however the liquid rinse I was using wasn't rinse but was actually liquid soap which caused extra suds which caused my dishwasher to overflow. Problem solved.
