Normal wear on a 12yo dryer. Has worked perfectly until a bit of rubbing noise. Just needed a couple new parts. Can’t buy a new dryer for the repair/service cost!!

Alan came out from Sears to check our dryer as we were having issues with towels getting fully dry. Alan very polite and nice and explained everything to me clearly. He looked over everything and found the dryer but rather the washer . He saw that the shocks were not working properly to ring out all clothes and towels. He was not able to fix this on this visit because its a different appliance which we understand. He did however stay to clean out the vents on the dryer and adjusted a leg to ensure the appliance is not wobbling. He did offer some packages to help save money on Sears services, we declined but the offer was nice and not pushy at all. Thank you Alan for helping us out . I would definitely recommend Sears appliance repair and ask for Alan .
