Setting up the appointment was easy, the customer service representative was both friendly and helpful. I appreciated receiving a text that my technician was in his way. I appreciated the time he took to attempt to remedy the problem and for leaving the location where he worked clean.

Alex was very nice and courteous and seemed very knowledgeable, however he wasn't able to fix it without a serial number due to sears policy

The Sears Repairman was fabulous. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my appliance concerns. The young repairman spoke to me in a way where I clearly understood the way wash machines work and their cycles. Kudos to him!

Allen got to the root of a problem that initially occurred two months before, spending extra time to ensure everything was in working order and providing maintenance tips. I was pleased with his service and thoroughness. He was also polite and considerate during the service call regarding minimizing disruption or mess.
