Professional, kind, proficient, and easy to understand. Despite the stress of not having an operating washing machine, we felt we were in good hands with the technician. To our delight, he had the part (a pump) in his van. So, in about an hour we went from not knowing if our washer could be fixed, to being fully functional again. And, at a reasonable price; particularly in light of the price of a replacement washing machine. We highly recommend this service provider.

Alex was great. The handle to our Kenmore Elite Dishwasher came off. He knew exactly what to do, and did not want to charge us for only having to use an Allen Wrench to tighten 2 screws. We are in our mid 70s and he was trying to be fair. He even tried to get approval to charge less for the service call, but his supervisor did not give approval. Thank you Alex, for trying.
