The repairman was on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable about our model of washer and dryer. He provided some ideas as to how to get better performance from the washer and dryer. Very good service.

The repair person had 10+ year experience with washing machines and pinpointed the problem immediately. We were both surprised at what he pulled out from the hose - a long 6' scarf! We were wondering where that went to. He explained what had happened, why the F02 error was showing up (sometimes and sometimes not). The entire service took less than 15-20 minutes. Now our washing machine works well again. Thank you Sears!
