Our tech (Quideer) was excellent. He was knowledgeable and courteous. It took him a very short time to diagnose the problem and get to work to repair it. Sears service team is lucky to have him as he's a true professional!!! Thank you Quideer for the excellent customer service.

ERIC HANDLED HIMSELF IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER; WHILE I WAS CONSIDERING AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON MY FURNACE, ERIC DID A GOOD JOB EXPLAINING WHAT CAN GO WRONG & WHAT THE POTENTIAL REPAIR COSTS COULD BE IF I CHOSE NOT TO PURCHASE THE WARRANTY. ERIC WAS PLEASANT AND EASY TO DEAL WITH.

Jeff the repair technician assigned to fix our problem with our Kenmore washer, was on time, professional, and very personable. He came early, not at the last minute of the allotted window of time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the broken switch, and cleaned up after finishing, explained the billing to our satisfaction, and departed with two very satisfied customers. Both repairmen were very nice, and knew exactly what to do to fix my problem. There was one repair person for my refrigerator, and another for my dishwasher. Keeping up my extended warranty paid off!
