We thought our refrigerator's ice maker was not operating properly and placed a service call. The sevice man came out and explained the way the ice maker operates on this model and how to solve the problem we had.

The repair fellow was on time and knowledgeable. He performed the repair quickly, cleanly and thoroughly. That says a lot considering it is a 16 year old refrigerator.

Sears appliance repair performed above expectations. Our fridge is a built in and specialty unit, previous repairs were done with specialty experts from other companies? Not good. Sears was on time, communication was excellent, repair done same day and correctly. Additionally, the repair tech drove 25 miles to get the part and returned to install. This is a great example of customer service. Thank you Sears

Ken was extremely knowledgeable, very informative, very professional and we were extremely pleased with his work...very highly recommend Ken!!! We have been challenged with the skill set and professionalism of other techs, but Ken was absolutely outstanding.
