Hassib was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He helped troubleshoot our old furnace so we could keep it running for a few more years. We hope he’ll be the one that comes back if any other issues arise.

Thomas has been incredibly helpful the numerous times he has had to come to fix our freezer/refrigerator. He is patient, really wants to solve the problem and advocates for the right fix. He doesn’t make you feel like he is rushing though I know their schedule is full. He is a the true definition of dedication
