The prompt reply to my call for service was stunning. I made the request Christmas morning and the repairman, Prateek was at my house by 10AM the next day. His repairs were terrific, and he took time to point out ways to maintain my dryer.

The technician arrived within the time window, and called before he arrived. During the repair, he shows his knowledge and got the job done right. Our dryer is not fixed, and not much down time at all.

Did not fix the ice maker and than I had to make a new appointment for a week later. The technicians in the office has not been helpful an I regret that I purchase the service agreement in which Sears most eager to promote to generate revenue.
