Anthony was courteous, efficient, and helpful with his maintenance check of our refrigerator, washer, and dryer. He also helped us renew our maintenance plan for 3 years.

The dishwasher is finally repaired. It took over a month and three repair visits; but, the last technician found the real problem and fixed it.

The service repair itself was excellent, but the repair tech had problems with calls earlier in the day, so my appointment window of 1PM - 5PM was pushed back into the evening. The tech arrived at 8PM and the repair was completed around 9:15. I asked for a discount for the delay and the fact that I had left work early to be home by 1PM, and the tech took 20% off the labor charge.
