Technician, Leroy was overbooked the previous day and still wasn’t at my house by 7 pm for my 12-5 pm time slot. He was very responsive and apologetic and kept me informed throughout the afternoon. At 7 pm I canceled and rescheduled for next day. Different tech but he was here by 2 and was able to repair. Excellent service. The next day delay was the only reason for a 4 star.

First visit resulted in diagnosis only and part needed to be ordered. Unfortunately the part didn't arrive before the 2nd visit, so 3rd visit was needed. Technician was friendly and courteous and seemed well trained.

They came by within the window they were scheduled to, the tech was polite and courteous, and they did the maintenance and cleaning as expected. There was a push to upsell on non-covered dryers, but I didn't mind because it gave us some good cleaning tips and helpful maintenance advice. All in all a decent experience.
