My service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He also was courteous about informing me of when all the parts were in and schedule my repair as soon as possible.

First visit resulted in diagnosis only and part needed to be ordered. Unfortunately the part didn't arrive before the 2nd visit, so 3rd visit was needed. Technician was friendly and courteous and seemed well trained.

They came by within the window they were scheduled to, the tech was polite and courteous, and they did the maintenance and cleaning as expected. There was a push to upsell on non-covered dryers, but I didn't mind because it gave us some good cleaning tips and helpful maintenance advice. All in all a decent experience.
