Each repair person who came to our house to repair our ice maker was very professional in manner. Here are two of my issues. 1. Shame on me for thinking I was signing a receipt for the job being completed when I was actually signing a release of potential damage relieving the serviceman of any wrong doing. He had me sign a screen without informing me what the signature was for. I felt misled by this action and now a mistrust. All he had to do was tell me and I would have understood. 2. Scheduling was handled poorly. Multiple times our appointment was canceled on your end. One time the service person never showed up without notification until the next day.

The tech was very nice but I don’t think he fixed my issue. The oven still is not heating properly.

The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The check-in website showed a different appointment arrival time from the phone appointment time. The appointment times are a 4 hour window. He arrived shortly after the end of the earlier phone appointment time. The text notice was helpful. Unfortunately this was the second ice maker repair to a Kenmore refrigerator. The parts had to be ordered and the rescheduled appointment was a week later. The old Kenmore refrigerator is barely a year old.

2 kitchen appliances broke so made appt.w/ a week's wait for appt. Person makes repair. Next day repair fails. Make another appt.... 10 days out.... (NO f/u guarantees or preference if fix fails... even w/in a day of service). Sears doesn't keep those parts on truck so need additional appt... 10 more days. Cannot have one appt for f/u repairs (even tho both parts for appliances sitting on my table). Took 4 appts to fix a 5 year old Whirlpool DW and 5 year old KitchenAid oven. We pay a premium for service agreement but pretty disappointed in wait times for appts and inability to get both appliances simultaneously repaired.

Pretty bad. The repairman did absolutely nothing. The cooling unit on the refrigerator side was broken. Now all of our food is warm and spoiling. He didn't defrost the no frost side of the refrigerator. He just gave some advice and left.

The service on replacing the eater filter I guess is,fine but the original problem of no ice being made has not been corrected.
