Service person came out for known recall problem. Was here for 15 min and left. I was still charged for full service call.

He found nothing wrong with the refrigerator and freezer. Although, he pointed out that freezer door isn't closing property which is affecting and slowing down process of ice making and fridge temperature not lowering enough to cool items in the fridge. He charged agreed amount of service and left us with a promise to call back within 90 days if problems persist with ice maker and fridge temperature isn't sufficient to keep items cool. He showed authoritarian attitude.

They kept switching me to another person at least 5 times why can't the first person do it just set up an appointment for fixing stuff that's what I bought this warranty for not to get to know everyone who knows how to answer a phone call for sears!!!!

I needed the technician to actually repair my dishwasher. Had he called ME, I'd have told him. Instead, I was charged $129.00 for just a service call.. So disappointed 😞

The tech was very nice but I don’t think he fixed my issue. The oven still is not heating properly.

The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The check-in website showed a different appointment arrival time from the phone appointment time. The appointment times are a 4 hour window. He arrived shortly after the end of the earlier phone appointment time. The text notice was helpful. Unfortunately this was the second ice maker repair to a Kenmore refrigerator. The parts had to be ordered and the rescheduled appointment was a week later. The old Kenmore refrigerator is barely a year old.
