Zero stars for a horrible service. I would have given negative stars if allowed. I have had 5 service repair appointments and each time they need to order a new part. None of the service techs know what they are doing. The last tech forgot to order the parts for my repair this week. NOW I AM ANOTHER WEEK OUT AND ANOTHER PART ORDER NEEDED THAT MAY OR MAY NOT ACTUALLY GET ORDERED. I have been with out a washing machine for 6 weeks. I would recommend NEVER using their repair service.

I have been dealing with getting my washer repaired for 3 months! The first time they came out they did not notate the problem correctly. The washer broke again two weeks later. They came out and told me that it was a different problem which now would not be covered. I called sears and after being transtored several times I finally spoke to someone who extended out warranty coverage as a courtesy so we could get the problem fixed. I was told I would receive a certificate in 72 hours extending the warranty then I could call and schedule them to come back out. I did nothat receive my certificate of warranty coverage for 2 weeks!. They then came back out two times tried 4 different parts and could not fix it. I was then told that they had to send their 20 year technician out to confirm it couldn't be repaired. They scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment I received an automated call they were on their way. They never called me and I never was able to meet then to get it looked at. Every appointment I have had so far the technician had called us before they came and we were able to be there. I have called A &E Factory repair to speak with a manager and was transferred in circles to the wrong department. I have called Sears to schedule again, they could only schedule again a few weeks out. They would not make any acception to get me a sooner appointment. This has been the worst experience I have had to deal with with any company. It's horrible customer service. I am still without a washer after over 3 months and no one can seem to help. It's beyond rediculous

The first repairman said he couldn't identy the problem from the sound the machine was making... and he accidentally flooded my laundry room! He did order a part. The second repairman put in the new part, but left before testing it after telling me he would be ten minutes from my house on the next call and all I needed to do was call him... after he left the machine made even more noise and vibrated!!!! He didn't answer his phone. It's still not fixed! Next service call is not until Feb 6th... advise? Don't buy from Sears. They're service sucks.

Too bad you have to put a start to rate because they don't deserve any stars. They are absolutely horrible! I would not recommend. The first appointment I had they had to reschedule because the tech called in sick. They reschedule me for a week later and the tech never showed up, but lied and said he did but no one was home. They reschedule for the next day & said that they wouldn't send the same tech, which was a lie! The tech called and said that he was coming out and that the previous day he couldn't find the unit (there is a map when you first drive into the complex), I told him how to get to my unit. He understood and said he would be there after 3pm. AGAIN he never showed up and lied and said he did. My tenant had to take off work 3 times & they never showed. This isn't the first time sears has been a no show. Same thing happened a couple years ago however, they showed up on the reschedule date. I will never give sears my business and will not recommend them to anyone!

Bad they said problem was the exausted vent needs to be clean also said will change the sensors .They did but when I used didn't got heat so clean exausted vent still not work . Tech is caming next week l hope get fix

Nice man but had absolutely no clue about what was wrong with my dishwasher. Told me the air gap hose was the problem because water cans out if it. That's what it is supposed to do. I demanded new guy who gets 10 stars and I will write survival review for him. Silent 4 hours diagnosis my electronic problem. Most guys have 30 minutes. It's Sears policy that adds to the problem. Leroy who cams two days later had integrity. Kniwjwfge, and grit. He wasn't leaving until he figured out what was wrong. I am so happy he fixed my problem. The last two guys who came from Sears were not qualified repair men

Bad service! I waited 7 days for the repair schedule. The Guy came he couldn't see the serial number at the front of the washer. Didn't bother to check the back. I called him back and he gave a the reason since he could not see the serial number he cannot repair the washer. But really! or may since it was 4:30pm he found a reason to just go home early!!! I called back today and they just scheduled for Tuesday next week! I am have just lost total confidence with Sears!!!
