The technician was prompt and courteous. He was able to determine exactly what the problem was and repaired my dishwasher within 20 minutes. He would have completed the repair even faster if he hadn't taken the time to walk me through what had happened and what to do to prevent future issues. I was mortified to see pieces of chicken bone, toothpicks and other hard debris that had collected and clogged the spray nozzle. Lesson learned...teach guests and children to scrape plates before loading the dishwasher.

The Tech was quick, very knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations. I would recommend him to anyone.

The Sears service tech arrived right on time and completed the repair in about half hour. The oven has worked fine since, with no problems.
