My tech Alvin was great. Cannot say the same thing for sears automated systems. Trying to communicate with sears is incredibly frustrating. They don't even know where their own parts are. Pushed my repair date out three times saying my parts would not arrive in time, while they had already been delivered to my home. They need a better system for communication.

The technician was polite, respectful of my home and its contents, immediately went to work after introducing himself, kept me informed of his findings regarding my dryer, and explained them in a manner that was clear, concise, direct and to the point, while answering any of my questions/concerns!
