Josh is Awesome! He is Smart, Talented , Pleasant and very professional. and He was quickly able to identify the problem and fixed our Dryer after 2 months of waiting for Alex who did not show up for more than 5 scheduled appointments since the end of November. We truly appreciated The prompt and professional service we received from Josh!
