Leroy came out last week and diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer and ordered the part. We received the part a couple days later and Leroy came back and fixed it this morning. Leroy is very nice and fast, just a very pleasant man to do business with and I hope if I ever have to have a technician come out again I hope it’s him again.

I received 5-star service from Leroy today. He was very nice and informative. He explained the issue that we had with our washing machine in easy terms and gave some extra advice. So in saying that, all and all I was very happy with my service and with his CS skills!
