SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME,DID BOTH THE DRYER AND WASHER ON THIS TRIP.HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTOOD BOTH MACHINES VERY WELL.BOTH WERE FIXED QUICKLY AND AT A FAIR PRICE,I'VE USED SEARS BOTH TO BUY AND REPAIR MY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND WOULD NEVER SWITCH.THANKS JAMES A. FULLER.
