The service man called ahead of his scheduled appointment, arrived on time, was neat and tidy and very respectful of me and my home. He diagnosed the problem quite quickly, Fixed the problem and presented me with a reasonable bill for the service.

Had a LED light go out on our LG Washer and called in a service request. Technician was on time, polite, explained the problem and advised a part had to be ordered and will take 3 weeks and we will be notified when the part comes in for a return trip. Returned as scheduled on time, made the repair quickly and showed me it was good as new and tested it for me without asking.
