I'm grateful to the 2 Sears repair personnel who diagnosed and then repaired my hot water tank. They were competent, thorough, friendly, patient, and successful.

Arrived after the expected time window for the repair appointment, but was polite with the introductions, verified the refrigerator as part of the Protection Agreement, had the correct tools literally in his hands to install the new part, installed the new part in less than 10 minutes, turned the ice maker on to verify it was working after installation, and cleaned up so the repair appointment was completed in less than 15 minutes. Great service, Fast service, and very professional.

Our technician (Alvin) was amazing. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was once we explained what occurred. He explained why the problem hapoened and showed us the issue once he removed a part. He was very professional, personable and patient. He worked quickly and provided us with tips to keep our appliances working.

Even though Thomas had a tough day and he was at the end of his day, he came through. Thomas called me and stated that his information showed that I had not received the part that was ordered. I asked him to stop by any way because I had 3 boxes of parts and would he still keep my appointment and check the parts, Thomas agreed. Thomas arrived and found the part that he needed, fixed my refrigerator in 5 minutes. It only took 3 long days of appointments, one of which was a no show, to get this simple repair accomplished, lack of communication and coordination. Sears system really needs to be revamped.

Jeff diagnosed the problem with my Kenmore refrigerator and completed the repair promptly and efficiently. He also pointed out the dust on the back of the unit and asked me if I wanted him to clean it up for $50, which I had him do.

Today I had Ron from Sears do a preventative service on my heater in the attic. He was on time, very personable and especially knowledgeable on my product. He explained what he did and the condition of my heater and showed me a picture of a part that needs to be watched for the future. Very professional service. I would ask for him for future service needs.
