The technician arrived within the time window, and called before he arrived. During the repair, he shows his knowledge and got the job done right. Our dryer is not fixed, and not much down time at all.

Did not fix the ice maker and than I had to make a new appointment for a week later. The technicians in the office has not been helpful an I regret that I purchase the service agreement in which Sears most eager to promote to generate revenue.
