The technician came on October 20, 2010 to diagnose my dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Two previous techs came out who were completely useless. I was very happy with the tech on 10/20, so I guess it's hit or miss.

Very good repairman He was the best. He went beyond what he had to do and made everything look good. He’s a keeper. Your AI is TERRIBLE! It signed me up wrong twice. I want to talk to a human.
